This purchase marks an important step forward for our brokerage and reflects a continued investment in our presence in Victoria.
A Location with History
Our future head office is located along Victoria’s historic Fort Street corridor, an area known for its character, permanence, and strong professional presence. Surrounded by heritage-designated buildings, the location feels like a natural fit for Pemberton Holmes.
Notably, the new office sits just six blocks from our original Fort and Government Street location, where Pemberton Holmes was first established in 1887. Remaining within this historic core of downtown Victoria is a meaningful continuation of our story, connecting our past with what comes next.
A Thoughtfully Planned Space
The Fort Street office will be carefully updated and planned to support how our agents work today. The space is being designed as a welcoming, functional hub for collaboration, meetings, and day-to-day business.
Planned features include ample parking for agents and clients, modern boardrooms, dedicated workspaces, and an open reception area suitable for meetings, training, and events.
What This Means Moving Forward
Our Cloverdale office will remain fully operational, ensuring continuity and support as planning for the Fort Street location continues. While there is no set opening date at this time, we will share updates as improvements progress and plans take shape.
